1. Services

Higher Developers provides custom software development, consulting, and related technical services. All work is governed by individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-built code delivered under a project agreement. Our internal libraries and frameworks remain our property unless explicitly transferred.

3. Limitation of Liability

Higher Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
